📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the company's growth and success.,Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and customer service, to maintain efficiency and quality standards.,Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary targets and financial regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
