Go Food Indonesia is looking for an Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Kudus. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, assisting with sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the development of our talent acquisition strategies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Support the recruitment team in managing job postings and candidate communication.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development of recruitment metrics and reporting.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the recruitment team's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
