📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about APL Logistics services,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner,Assisting customers with their logistics and shipping needs,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records,Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat),Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction,Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved,Providing feedback to management on customer service trends and opportunities for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
