The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
