📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and manage network performance, including security and connectivity.,Backup and restore data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.,Experience with IT project management is a plus.
