📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on distribution performance and recommend improvements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
