📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and meet production targets.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the underlying causes of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MATLAB to support engineering activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
• Provide technical support to the production team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering support role.
• Proficient in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MATLAB.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
