📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage procurement.,Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and customers.,Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the restaurant location as needed.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
