📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing branch operations, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure all branch activities run efficiently.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Oversee inventory management and ensure all supplies are adequately stocked.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch marketing strategies.,Monitor and report on branch financial performance.,Participate in training and development programs for branch staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
