📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the management and coordination of branch activities.

Support the Branch Manager in strategic planning and implementation.

Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.

Assist in the development and implementation of branch improvement initiatives.

Ensure the branch meets all regulatory and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.

Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
