📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Handling outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies and campaigns.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.,Monitoring and reporting on call performance and sales targets.,Assisting in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
