Space Store Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training programs.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic planning and performance management.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
