Cafe Elsa Motor is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.,Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus in collaboration with the management team.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, complying with health and safety regulations.,Ensure all food preparations meet health and safety standards and quality expectations.,Manage kitchen staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.,Participate in cost control measures to optimize kitchen expenses and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid model (in-office and remote).,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
