📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Train and develop store staff to ensure that they are providing the best possible service to customers.,Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure that the store is meeting its financial goals.,Work with the marketing team to promote the store and attract new customers.,Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and activities.,Participate in store meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to attend store meetings and events.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
