📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order.,Coordinate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns regarding deliveries.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.,Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including times, locations, and any incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Maros.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
