📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or energy sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
