As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction in our retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.,Assist in the merchandising and display of products to maximize visibility and sales.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide accurate and timely information to customers about products, prices, and promotions.,Train and mentor new hires to ensure they are up to speed with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities to ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
