📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are being followed.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
