📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage and train a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage shift schedules and staffing levels.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
