📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Inspect work sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.,Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed on site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil or electrical construction.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
