MOSU Coffee is a growing coffee shop chain in Yogyakarta, looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.,Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.,Promote and upsell products to increase sales and revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
