📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
