📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement daily activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children.
• Create and maintain a safe and engaging environment for children.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and bedtime routines.
• Monitor and record children's progress and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their children's well-being and development.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Collaborate with other caregivers and teachers to ensure the best care for all children.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., Early Childhood Education Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of child development and psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passionate about working with children and committed to their well-being.
