📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions.
• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to track and manage learning programs.
• Measure the impact of learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and organizational development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
• Build strong relationships with employees and department heads to ensure the success of learning initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and organizational development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees and department heads.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
