📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, providing feedback to the nursing team as needed.
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Certification as a Nurse Supervisor or equivalent, preferably from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerja Kesehatan).
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, including Indonesian healthcare laws.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare setting is a plus.
