📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs in accordance with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the safety of workers and the environment.
• Perform safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including emissions, waste management, and resource conservation.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address workplace hazards and environmental concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, with a focus on industrial operations.
• Certification in SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HSE management software.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits is a plus.
